Frequently Asked Questions
Does creating an IdeaCloud require approval?
No. IdeaClouds (keyword research) are unaffected. Only content generated from an IdeaCloud requires approval if the workflow is enabled for that site.
Can multiple people approve the same content?
It's "any-of" approval - the first approver to act makes the decision. Once approved or changes requested, the request is resolved.
What happens if I edit approved content?
Edits to previously approved content do not automatically require re-approval. The original approval stands. Submit for review again if your process requires it.
Can I customize the reminder interval?
Yes. Each site has an Approval SLA setting in hours. Options include 4, 8, 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours (default: 24).
Is there an audit trail?
Yes. Every submission, decision, and comment is stored with timestamps and user attribution. The admin dashboard provides search and filtering.
