Browse IdeaClouds or jump straight to Articles / Q&A / Expertise. From a cloud card, open the research graph or a content pane of generated pieces with Posted pills. Delete rules protect clouds that still have linked articles.

Posted Tracking

Know What’s Research, Drafted, and Actually Live

Content is Posted when the team marks it, Hrizn detects it live on the site, or a CMS reports publish. Surfaces everywhere that matters: Posted rail, header filter, card chips, table column + bulk actions, and IdeaCloud X/Y posted.

Hrizn still never auto-publishes. Posted tracking tells you what shipped — humans still decide when to go live.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Did Content Library replace separate IdeaClouds and Media Gallery pages?

Yes. Content Library is the single home for everything a dealership creates and every image they use — IdeaCloud research, articles, models, comparisons, events, remixes, Spotlight, and media.

How do I know what’s actually live?

Use Posted tracking. Content is Posted when your team marks it, Hrizn detects it live on the site, or a CMS reports publish. See it on the Posted rail, filters, card chips, table column, bulk actions, and IdeaCloud X/Y posted.

Can I organize with folders?

Yes — Areas are custom folders for campaigns, model lines, seasons, or stores. Drag cards onto an Area to file them. Items can belong to multiple Areas. Shared Areas availability depends on your plan — see Pricing.

What’s the difference between Cards and Table?

Cards are the default for discovery, coverage signals, and drag-to-organize. Table is for dense management, bulk posted updates, and scanning lots of rows. Your preference is remembered.
