HRIZN BANDITWORKS // PRIVATE BUILDER COLLECTIVE

BANDITWORKS

Build at the edge.

Hrizn Banditworks is a private, application-only collective of retail automotive operators working at the edge of AI, intelligence, interoperability, and modern dealership operations.

DEALER OPERATORS ONLY // FOUNDING COHORT FORMING

THE PREMISE // 001

This is not a customer advisory board.

Banditworks exists for operators who want to get close enough to the work to help move it. Members test unreleased products, discover emerging use cases, challenge assumptions, share experiments, and bring real dealership problems into the room.

The goal is not simply to preview what Hrizn builds next. It is to discover what should exist next.

PROGRAM SYSTEMS // ACTIVE

What happens inside.

Access means getting closer to unfinished work, useful signals, and operators willing to show what they actually tried.

BW // 01PRIVATE

FOUNDER AMAs

Monthly candid conversations with the people building Hrizn. Roadmaps, experiments, failures, technical rabbit holes, and what we are seeing next.

BW // 02PRIVATE

BLACK BUILDS

Selected pre-beta releases and experimental functionality before they enter broader testing.

BW // 03PRIVATE

BANDIT PROJECTS

Small working groups attacking specific operating problems, use cases, and emerging opportunities.

BW // 04PRIVATE

THE GARAGE

Operator-led show-and-tell. Custom builds, workflows, experiments, failures, and discoveries worth sharing.

BW // 05PRIVATE

SIGNAL DROPS

Private research, prototypes, prompts, emerging technology, market signals, and things we think the room should see.

BW // 06PRIVATE

EVENT HRIZN

Future retreats, working sessions, and non-competitive market cohorts designed for actual peer exchange.

THE ADVANTAGE // PROXIMITY

Closer to the work.

01

See Earlier

Get access to ideas, products, and experiments before they reach the broader market.

02

Influence Earlier

Bring real operating problems into product discovery while the answers are still being formed.

03

Learn Sideways

Work with other operators doing things worth stealing, with permission.

MEMBERSHIP SIGNAL // QUALITY OVER SCALE

The room matters more than the roster.

Banditworks is not built around titles, dealership size, conference visibility, or how much someone spends with Hrizn. We are looking for people who make the room more valuable.

Operators.

People close enough to the work to know where it breaks.

Builders.

People who test ideas instead of waiting for consensus.

Experimenters.

People willing to try something before there is a playbook.

Contributors.

People willing to show the rest of the room what they learned.

Would the room become more interesting if you were in it?

THE BANDIT CODE // CULTURE LAYER

Protect the room.

Safeguards make candid building possible. The Code protects the people, experiments, ideas, and dealership context members bring inside.

CODE // 01

Build, don't posture.

Titles stay outside. Working knowledge, honest questions, and useful evidence come in.

CODE // 02

Bring something.

Problems, experiments, failures, builds, questions, and lessons all count.

CODE // 03

Give before you extract.

This is a working collective, not an intelligence-gathering exercise.

CODE // 04

Ideas travel. Identities don't.

Member conversations operate under Chatham House principles.

CODE // 05

No selling in the clubhouse.

No prospecting, no harvesting, and no turning access into a sales list.

NO SCREENSHOTS // NO SPECTATORS // NO SALES PITCHESDon't make us write Rule 13.

COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE // SHARED STEWARDSHIP

Hrizn built the garage. The operators help govern the room.

Hrizn remains responsible for the product and what ships. As the collective matures, rotating operator participation through a Bandit Council will help shape standards, membership, programming, cohorts, and working priorities.

HRIZN

Build and product authority

  • Product architecture
  • Security
  • Intellectual property
  • Commercial decisions
  • What ultimately ships

BANDIT COUNCIL

Community stewardship

  • Community standards
  • Membership recommendations
  • Programming
  • Cohort formation
  • Working priorities
  • Member initiatives

The Bandit Council is a rotating group of dealer operators serving limited terms.

Safeguards support the build.

Members share patterns for scoped access, redacted test data, vendor diligence, and responsible experimentation. For dealer-specific regulatory context, review the FTC's Safeguards Rule FAQs.

Education and peer collaboration, not legal advice or compliance certification.

CURRENT ACCESS CLASS // RETAIL OPERATORS

Operators first.

Banditworks is currently limited to active retail automotive operators.

Agency, technology-provider, OEM, consultant, and partner cohorts are under consideration for future expansion, but they do not currently share this room.

Operators need somewhere they can speak candidly without wondering who is pitching them next.

MEMBERSHIP STANDARD // ACTIVE CONTRIBUTION

Access is earned continuously.

Banditworks is not a badge you collect. Members are expected to contribute meaningfully to the collective.

  • Experimentation
  • Product feedback
  • Operating knowledge
  • Peer support
  • Custom builds
  • Discoveries
  • Bandit Projects
  • Show-and-tell sessions
  • Challenging assumptions
  • Sharing failures
One meaningful contribution per quarter. Minimum.Spectator mode is not a membership tier.

BANDITWORKS // FOUNDING COHORT 01

We are assembling the founding cohort of Hrizn Banditworks now. Founding members will help shape what the room becomes and the standards future Bandits inherit.
