This is not a traffic story. Newton was already getting traffic. This is a story about who answers the question when a shopper in Gallatin asks Google what a Kicks is or how much a Titan can tow. Across six rooftops, 425 earning pages now rank top three on 3,239 of those questions, and the median page started ranking eight days after it was created.

Six Rooftops, and Not One of Them Could Answer a Question.
Newton runs six stores across four markets and four brands. Every one of them launched on the same OEM boilerplate every other franchise dealer receives: model pages, inventory search, a lead form. That inventory works when a shopper already knows what they want and where they are buying it. It answers nothing during the weeks of research before that, when shoppers are asking whether a Rogue counts as a midsize SUV or what a Kicks actually is. Those questions were being answered by national publishers and review sites, not by the dealership six miles away.
The timing made this urgent. SparkToro and Similarweb found that 68.01% of US Google searches ended without a click in the first four months of 2026, up from 60.45% in 2024. Ahrefs measured that where an AI Overview appears, position-one clickthrough falls 58%. We cover the mechanics in why dealership traffic is declining and what AI search does to conversion rates. Question queries are exactly where AI Overviews appear, which is why Newton chose to be measured on answers rather than on clicks alone.
“Six stores, four brands, and every one of them was running on the same OEM boilerplate as the dealer down the road. When somebody in Gallatin asks Google what a Kicks actually is or how much a Titan can tow, nothing on our sites answered it. We were paying to show up for the last click and invisible for every question before it.”
One Rollout, Six Rooftops, No New Headcount
Rather than pilot one store and wait, Newton rolled all six rooftops onto the same system on a staggered schedule between February and June 2026. Hrizn supplied the trim data, the question research, and the page structure, so a marketing department of one could run a six-store publishing program. 768 articles were created across the group. Each rooftop published against its own market and brand, so Gallatin covered Nissan questions for Middle Tennessee while Guntersville covered Chevrolet questions for North Alabama, with no cannibalization between them.
“I wear a lot of hats, and none of them is content writer. What sold me was that Hrizn already had the trim data, the questions people ask, and the structure. We could roll all six rooftops at once instead of babysitting one store’s blog and hoping the other five caught up.”
Five Months, Six Rooftops, 425 Pages That Earn
Every number below was verified against the Google Search Console page record for each rooftop, then date-checked so that only pages first seen after their article was created count as Hrizn content.
The Library Compounded, and It Ranked Fast
Two things happened at once. The number of pages earning impressions grew thirtyfold between April and August, and each new page started ranking in days rather than months.

(the median page)The fastest example is a Guntersville Chevrolet page on Tahoe towing capacity. It was created on June 12, 2026, first ranked the same day, and went on to earn 12,912 impressions at an average position of 8.0. A Gallatin page on leaking brake lines was created July 11 and was ranking at position 5.2 by July 19.
“The number I watch is how fast a page starts ranking. Eight days is the median, and a few ranked the same day they went live. Once you see a Tahoe towing page ranking before the month is out, you stop treating content like a slow channel.”
When a Shopper Asks a Question, Newton Is the Answer
Across the group, Hrizn pages appeared for at least 9,108 distinct question queries: the how, what, and is phrasings people actually type. 3,239 of them ranked in the top three and 5,250 reached page one. Google withholds rare queries from its reporting, so the real count is higher. This is the answer layer, and it is measurable.

Six rooftops, six different launch dates, six different markets. Newton Nissan South started publishing in February and Newton Chevrolet GMC in June, so these are not six equivalent programs. Read them as six separate starts on a shared system, measured on the same day.

Launch dates differ by up to four months, so read this as current standing rather than a like-for-like race. Newton Nissan South started first, in February, and sits mid-pack.
What six rooftops proved in five months.
“I know what a zero-click search is. If Google reads our answer out loud and the shopper never taps through, that is still our answer, from our store, in a market where the competition has nothing on the page. I would rather own the answer than argue with a click count.”
On what changes when every page can show its work.
“We have always tried to be precise about how we grow. This is the first content program that felt precise. Six rooftops, one system, and every page can show its work. That is something I can put in front of ownership without having to explain it away.”
